The problem we work on
Every provider has its own API, its own callbacks and its own settlement report.
A business that wants QRIS, virtual accounts and e-wallets, without depending on a single bank, usually ends up integrating and reconciling several providers itself. PGSwift does that work once, so clients integrate a single API and reconcile a single ledger.
How we work
What clients can hold us to
Fees on every line
Each settled transaction shows its amount, fee and nett amount, so your ledger can be checked line by line.
A traceable status
Every payment and payout keeps its status history: what changed, when, and whether it came from a provider, the API or a person.
Published pricing
Per-transaction rates on the pricing page. No setup fee and no monthly minimum.
People on call
24/7 operations support in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Security and compliance
Licensed to move the funds. You decide who can instruct them.
PGSwift is licensed by Bank Indonesia as a payment service provider (PJP Kategori 3). Payments and payouts run through licensed banks and payment institutions, with the controls listed here.
Signed API requests
Requests are signed with your private key and verified before the gateway processes them.
IP allowlisting
Limit API calls and dashboard sign-in to the IP addresses you approve.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor codes protect dashboard sign-in and bulk payout uploads.
Payout approval rules
Payouts above your threshold, or to an account whose name does not match, wait for an approver.
Encrypted credentials
Signing keys and provider credentials are stored encrypted.
Full status history
Every status change on a payment or payout is recorded with the time, the source and the user.
